My husband and I talk about a multitude of things, we come up with hilarious fictional fairy-tales about the life our Dog lived before we adopted him.  We make fun of each other.  Imagine what MJ will be like 20 years from now & so on…. Him and I are usually on the same level as each other, we can give each other a certain look & know exactly what the other person is trying to say.   So last night we were having one of our “talks” hanging out in our garage on our cool chairs we got from garage selling, with Pandora playing on my iPhone.  Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zero’s was punched in (which led to quite possibly the best Pandora station ever created by me.) I told my husband that “home” was one of those songs that made me feel things inside. Inside my soul.  He instantly knew what I was saying.

Sometimes a certain song comes on, or a movie and it just makes me feel something.  It doesn’t even have to be media.  It can be an article of clothing, picture, or anything.  Just something that gives you an unexplainable feeling inside.  Something that made it’s way into your soul, and you don’t mind one shred that it’s there now.  I’m not talking about your favorite song, movie, dress.  I mean, one of my favorite songs ever is Wild Horses by The Rolling Stones but, it’s because that is “our song”.  That’s why I Love it.  It makes me feel things but, they are all explainable.  It makes me think of my Love, happiness, and excited for our journey of life.  All explainable.  I’m talking about stuff that just moves you in a way that other stuff just doesn’t.  For no ‘reason’.  Just because.  Things that make me feel emotion on an unusual level, where I pause & really take in what’s going on.

The following is a list of stuff that has climbed into my soul, made a comfy little nest in there, & is going no where: Stuff that makes me feel things(a few at least):

So there you have it.  Just a few things that make me feel stuff.  I have to say that this post is probably not really interesting but, it is one of the more personal posts I’ve written in a long time, and probably one of my favorites.

Do you have a “thing” that does “stuff” to you? If you feel like sharing I’d love to hear!
