I’ve never karaoked before but, when I do, if this song is on the list You better believe I will be drunkenly belting out, making your eardrums pissed off. When this song comes on the radio I get dowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwn. I’m trying to convince my husband to learn the guy’s part so we can be a bad-ass-karaoking-duo! He just looks at me like I have three heads. Whatev. This song is the shit, turn it up and reminiscence, and hope you don’t run into me at karaoke night.

I'm totally in on the karaoke too! A friend made me the dorkiest mix tape ever in high school and this was both the first and last song on it BECAUSE IT'S TOO AWESOME TO HAVE JUST ONCE. I'm still impressed at how well I remember all the words – I'm sure they're taking up some of the space my brain could use to remember something important but I don't even care.

It's like riding a bicycle or some shit. Whenever it comes on I KNOW all the words. Asking me to belt out the pledge of allegiance? It will probably take me a few tries!
